1. Who we are

AmazingAds (“Amazing Ads,” “we,” “us”) is a digital marketing agency. We manage Amazon advertising and related marketplace services for seller clients, as well as other channels such as Google and social media.

We do not operate a software application that connects to Amazon’s Selling Partner API or Advertising API. Authorized staff access client Amazon Ads and Seller Central accounts in Amazon’s web consoles after the seller authorizes us. We use Helium 10, a third-party platform, to automate Amazon advertising for those authorized clients.

This policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal information and Amazon-related business information. It applies to:

  • visitors to https://www.amazingads.com
  • people who submit our contact form
  • seller clients and their staff whose Amazon advertising and account data we access in order to provide services

2. Information we collect from the website

If you use the contact form or email us, we may collect:

  • name
  • email address
  • business name and website URL
  • budget range and services of interest
  • any message you send

We use this to respond to inquiries and to discuss possible work. We do not sell website-form data.
The site may use cookies or similar tools that are necessary to run the site or to understand basic traffic (for example analytics). You can control cookies in your browser.

3. Information we handle when we work with Amazon clients

When a seller authorizes Amazing Ads, our staff may access Amazon Information needed to run advertising and account-management work. That typically includes campaign, listing, catalog, inventory, and performance data in Amazon Ads and Seller Central. We do not request Amazon buyer personally identifiable information (such as buyer names, shipping addresses, or payment details) as part of this service. If a client accidentally places such data in email or files, we treat it as confidential and do not retain it longer than needed to return or delete it.

We also hold ordinary client business records: contracts, billing details, and performance reports.

4. Where that information is stored

  • Amazon Ads and Seller Central (Amazon’s systems; we access them under the client’s authorization)
  • Helium 10, for Amazon advertising automation on authorized client accounts
  • Google Workspace (email, Drive, calendar) for client reports, contracts, and internal coordination. We do not store Amazon or account passwords in Drive.
  • A company password manager, with unique logins and passkeys where supported. We do not use shared Amazon passwords.

Staff use unique accounts and two-factor authentication on Amazon and company systems.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell client Amazon data. We do not combine one client’s Amazon data to sell or give to other clients or to competitors.

We share Amazon-related client data only as needed to perform the authorized services:

  • Helium 10 — to automate and optimize Amazon advertising for that client
  • Amazon — because the work is performed in Amazon Ads / Seller Central
  • Service providers we use to run the agency (for example Google Workspace and our password manager), under our instructions and access controls

The public Partners page lists marketing technologies we may use across Amazon, Google, and operations. That page is not a list of companies that receive Amazon seller data. Only Helium 10 (and Amazon itself) receive Amazon advertising/account data unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to Amazon at security@amazon.com if a security incident involves Amazon Information, as required by Amazon’s Data Protection Policy.

6. How long we keep information

  • Website inquiries: as long as needed to handle the inquiry, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of business.
  • Client files and reports: for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for billing, tax, or legal records.
  • Amazon access: we stop using client Amazon accounts when the client ends authorization or the engagement ends. We remove staff and Helium 10 access as soon as it is no longer required, and within 24 hours of a team member leaving or changing role.
  • Amazon Information is not kept beyond what is needed for the authorized service, except where law requires longer retention.

7. Security and incidents

We use access control, unique logins, multi-factor authentication, and a written risk-management and incident-response plan. Patrick Grady is our Incident Management Point of Contact (backup: Sunny Georgieva).

If we detect a security incident involving Amazon Information, we notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection, and we notify affected clients as described in that plan.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK and some U.S. states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Website visitors and clients can send requests to the contact below. We will not use Amazon buyer personal data for marketing.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
